This is as a paladin, but still, with AE Loot, if you're getting Vek'lor's Diadem and Vek'nilash's Circlet with your loot window, you know you're looting correctly.

The tentacles for me always hit the magic guy, got to loot both while tunneling Vek. The whirlwind normally crit kills the little bugs and makes them pop.
