Will that just correspond to the Alliance zones like the rep does? Although most services are completely safe, I would advise caution in using faction changes. The only way that will happen is if you went from one Horde race to another - the location of your hearthstone is only reset if you change faction - where faction is "Horde" or "Alliance".
