Once there, you have to scan all the guards and guest using a custom made sniper rifle, until Bara finally reveals himself. Then you must choose rather to kill him on let him live.
If you killed him, you'll realize you made a mistake and draw unwanted attention to yourself. If you let him live, you'll find out that Al-Bara is innocent and used as a patsy to lure you out in the open.
